A witty look at animals, men and the worlds they build and break apart. Amanimal is the third major collaboration between Malia Johnston and theatre director Emma Willis, following the successful Dark Tourists and body / fight / time. It features their characteristic blend of striking performance, absurd comedy, live music and compelling audiovisual imagery.

Amanimal premiered at Q Theatre in February 2013 as part of the Auckland Fringe Festival, and has undergone development in 2014.
